WHEN WEATHER IMPACTS GOLF

Silver Spruce Golf Course is open whenever the weather allows. The course is closed on days when snow build-up or new snow accumulation does not allow for play. Please call the pro shop at (719) 556-7414 for updated course information.

What sprung up on the fringe of the Eastern Plains as a fledgling course in 1973 has matured into a lush oasis of long fairways and well-manicured greens. Silver Spruce Golf Course is beautifully landscaped with blue spruce, ponderosa pine, elm and maple trees, and several ponds.
Because of Silver Spruce’s location away from the mountains and its orientation to the sun, snow melts faster here than on other area courses, thus providing more opportunities for golf.
With the sparkle of city lights at the base of Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak, Silver Spruce Golf Course also offers its guests an enviable view of Colorado Springs and the Front Range.
